
Janet Lillie
Janet Lillie has been working as a Food Consultant and Stylist, running her Culinary Business for the past 25 years.
Her client list includes advertising agencies, design groups, film companies, government corporations and publishers; undertaking many creative, diverse and practical projects, including national promotional food events, research and recipe development and styling still and film images.
She is a member of the International Association of Culinary Professionals, attending the annual conference each year in the US to keep in touch with other culinary and creative arts professionals from across the globe, staying abreast of changes, development and trends.
Janet started her career in the Hospitality Industry in one of Australia’s leading hotel groups, working in food, beverage and catering departments to gain invaluable experience. International travel followed with an offer of an appointment in London to oversee, develop and manage several department Store restaurants.
She returned to Australia to join the corporate world working with the Australian Dairy Corporation as director of test kitchen operations then as executive director, responsible for a wide range of national public relations, advertising, educational and nutrition programs. During this time she traveled extensively in Asia and Japan promoting dairy products and primary produce on behalf of the federal government.
